LEEVENT LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all event, travel, and experience services provided by Leevent Ltd, a company registered in Maslak, İstanbul. By confirming a booking or membership service, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. GENERAL

  • Leevent curates bespoke events, destination experiences, and private gatherings for individual and corporate clients.

  • Our services may include venue sourcing, destination coordination, entertainment booking, and full event design.

  • These Terms apply to all Leevent offerings, including but not limited to packages, single-service components, and fully bespoke arrangements.

  • All contracts are governed by Turkish law, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.

2. OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

  • Promotional offers are valid for new bookings only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • All offers and quoted prices are subject to availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier rate changes.

  • Quotes remain valid for four (4) days from the date of issue, after which they are subject to re-pricing.

  • All prices are correct at the time of publication but may change prior to booking confirmation.

3. BOOKING TERMS

  • 3.1 DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

    • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) is required at the time of booking.

    • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the event or experience date unless otherwise specified.

    • Bookings confirmed within 45 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of confirmation

    • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation without refund.

  • 3.2 CANCELLATION BY YOU

    • All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the contracting party.

    • The following cancellation fees apply:

    • Notice Period         Cancellation Fee

             60+ days                Loss of deposit

             46–59 days             40% of total cost

             29–45 days             60% of total cost

             8–28 days               90% of total cost

             7 days or less         100% of total cost

Certain services (e.g., artist bookings, venue deposits, yacht charters, or bespoke event design fees) are 100% non-refundable, regardless of notice period.​​

  • 3.3 AMENDMENTS BY YOU​

  • Some services (such as travel components or ticketed experiences) may be non-changeable and treated as cancellations.

  • Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of €50 per amendment, in addition to supplier charges.

4. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY US

  • 4.1 CHANGES BEFORE YOUR EVENT

  • Leevent reserves the right to modify certain details of your booking if required.

  • Should a significant change occur (e.g., venue closure, date adjustment), you may:

  1. Accept the change,

  2. Choose an equivalent alternative experience, or

  3. Receive a full refund of monies paid.

No compensation is due when changes result from circumstances beyond our control (see Section 6).

  • 4.2 CANCELLATION BY US

In exceptional circumstances, Leevent may need to cancel an experience.
You will then be offered either:

  1. A comparable alternative, or

  2. A full refund of payments received (excluding non-refundable supplier costs).

  • 5. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

Leevent acts as a coordinator and intermediary between you and selected suppliers (venues, transportation partners, entertainment providers, etc.).
We are responsible for exercising reasonable skill and care in the organization and administration of your booking.
We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third parties,

  • Circumstances that are unforeseeable or unavoidable, or

  • Any losses arising from your own actions or negligence.

  • 6. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

These include, but are not limited to: war, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, industrial action, extreme weather, or supplier insolvency.
In such instances, Leevent will:

  • Offer a rescheduled date or equivalent experience where possible,

  • Or provide a refund of recoverable costs only.
    No additional compensation shall be payable.

  • 7. INSURANCE

  • Leevent strongly recommends that all clients hold comprehensive travel and event insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and property loss.

  • 8. COMPLAINTS

  • Should any issue arise, you must notify your Leevent coordinator or on-site manager immediately so corrective action can be taken.

  • If the matter remains unresolved, please submit a written complaint to info@leevent.co within 14 days after the event.

  • Failure to follow this procedure may affect your right to claim compensation.

  • 9. DATA PROTECTION

  • Leevent collects and processes your personal data solely to facilitate bookings and coordinate services.

  • Information may be shared with third-party suppliers (venues, transportation providers, performers, etc.) as necessary.

  • By confirming your booking, you consent to our privacy policy, available at www.leevent.co/privacy.

  • 10. YOUR CONDUCT

  • Leevent reserves the right to terminate your participation in any event, without refund, if your behaviour causes disturbance, damage, or risk to other guests, staff, or property.

  • ​11. THIRD-PARTY EXPERIENCES

  • Leevent is not responsible for any services, activities, or excursions booked independently by clients outside of Leevent’s official arrangements.

  • 12. FINAL NOTES

  • Ensure all travel documents, visas, and permits are valid before the event or departure.

  • Descriptions of venues, destinations, and experiences are accurate at publication but may be subject to change due to operational or environmental reasons.

  • Participation in Leevent activities implies acceptance of these terms in full.
