Behind the camp are four founders who represent both the artistic and visionary aspects of the stage: Emre Öztürk, Çağla Özcan, Ömer Öztürk, Kaya Godfrey, and Adelina Ayçanur Erad. This team has transformed One Nation from a camp into a global brand by merging dance, stage, community, and event design into a single vision.
